DEPOSITION OF [REDACTED] Former Chief Pilot July 22, 2020 Q: How long were you employed as pilot for the subject aircraft? A: From 1991 to 2019, approximately 28 years. Q: Can you estimate how many flights you conducted? A: Thousands. I'd estimate over 3,000 flights total. Q: Were passenger manifests always accurately recorded? A: We maintained logs as required by FAA regulations. However, I was instructed that certain passengers preferred not to be listed by name. Q: Who gave those instructions? A: Those instructions came directly from [REDACTED]. Q: Were you aware of the ages of passengers? A: I was a pilot, not security. I flew the plane. I didn't question passengers.
