Former Chief Pilot
July 22, 2020

Q: How long were you employed as pilot for the subject aircraft?
A: From 1991 to 2019, approximately 28 years.

Q: Can you estimate how many flights you conducted?
A: Thousands. I'd estimate over 3,000 flights total.

Q: Were passenger manifests always accurately recorded?
A: We maintained logs as required by FAA regulations. However, I was instructed that certain passengers preferred not to be listed by name.

Q: Who gave those instructions?
A: Those instructions came directly from [REDACTED].

Q: Were you aware of the ages of passengers?
A: I was a pilot, not security. I flew the plane. I didn't question passengers.
