The following investigation was conducted by SA [REDACTED]:

[REDACTED], hereinafter referred to as the witness, was interviewed at FBI Field Office, New York.

Witness stated they were employed at 9 East 71st Street from [REDACTED] to [REDACTED]. Primary duties included [REDACTED].

Witness observed frequent visitors to the residence, many of whom appeared to be young females. Witness stated they were instructed not to engage with or acknowledge these visitors.

Witness described regular massage appointments scheduled throughout the day, typically three to four per day.

Witness stated they never personally witnessed any illegal activity but described an atmosphere of secrecy and unusual protocols.
